Second vacation home gets major renovation.

Mainly the 1st floor as we see here.

Lots of paneling, woven wallcovering, cobblestone fireplace, stair renovation, complete family room, powder room, and dining room renovation.

We added a lighting design plan, brand new chamfered rift and sawn white oak with a jacobean stain, new furnishings, artwork, window treatments and a quality paint job.

Also audio was wired in and concealed for the most part. The kitchen the client has here is galley. He doesn't use it often and wanted to just leave as is for now but we did give him a kitchen plan to use if he wanted to resume the renovation on the kitchen later.
