Design challenge/requirements:
*convert bath with toilet/sink/tub to a more accessible space for living in place
*add laundry to first floor bedroom that can also serve as potential future caretaker room
*make existing bedroom and bath door openings more accessible

Solutions:
*Bath - wall mount toilet with curb-less shower and convent bath linen closet to sink nook (existing sink vanity can be changed to wall mount sink in future for improved accessibility)
*Bedroom - convert existing closet/make closet deeper to add laundry and maintain small closet
*Door Openings - enlarge bedroom and bath door opening to 36" with simple swing door and expand bedroom/laundry room to 36" opening via pocket door
