Our team gave this Evanston basement a comfortable and functional layout. We framed the space, added wood flooring over the concrete floors, added closets under the stairs and used canned lighting for a neat, polished touch. The furniture was kept to a minimal with a modern TV unit, a large sofa, an abstract rug, and a wall-length shelf to store board games and books.
