Fantastic, fun new family home in quaint Douglas, Michigan. A transitional open-concept house showcasing a comfortable living room with a large L-shaped sofa and two striped sofa chairs, both with colorful, patterned throw pillows that blend with the large floral painting, and contrast with the dark wooden coffee table. The flat TV screen is placed neatly on a dark wooden sideboard, which beautifully blends with the wooden floor and red and white area rug.

Much of the home continues to exude vibrant colors, with red and white upholstered dining chairs, yellow accent walls, a yellow kitchen island, orange sofa chairs, multicolored area rug, and orange outdoor dining chairs that pair perfectly with the rustic, wooden outdoor table.

With the abundance of color comes natural tones, as well. The stone fireplace, granite countertops, light hardwood floors, wooden tables, fall themed decor, and a mostly neutral-colored master bedroom, this home was designed with balance in mind.
