Denver High Rise Refreshed
A fresh look at a 1960's high rise condo in Denver's Polo Club neighborhood that took advantage of wasted volume above the 8 foot drywall ceilings and helped define the dining area and sun porch. New lighting throughout and plumbing that included two new bathrooms. Being on the 19th floor, many of the old flimsy aluminum windows were replaced with heavy duty commercial units for better energy efficiency and comfort.
