This project is located in the Lockerbie Glove Factory building, in the Lockerbie Historic District of Indianapolis.

The condos were converted in the late 80s, and the space was renovated last in the late 90s. Our client, who'd just purchased the unit, wanted a modern update. We renovated both full baths, the kitchen, all floor coverings, and gave the entire unit a fresh coat of paint.
