My clients purchased a condo in the great location, with some water views. The building though has not aged gracefully, the rooms appeared dark and some finishes had a horrendous pink tint to them that was not working for my clients. A lot of outdated fixtures (such as a tiled countertop, a lot of kitchen soffits, Formica and old appliances needed to change. We gutted the space, fixed traffic flow, relocated and added light, used to-the-ceiling cabinetry to counterbalance the low ceilings and specified a gently nuanced array of colors that works beautifully with the location.
