This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Colonial style home received a whole new lease on life. Removing plain paneling and baseboards throughout the house we put up fresher replacements. The kitchen and baths were gutted and reconfigured, and in the master bath, we re-routed the plumbing to install his-and-hers vanities and replaced a stall shower with a big walk-in one. The existing dark stained wood floors were striped down, custom bleached and sealed to keep the colors light and bright in this relaxing vacation beach home.
