We remodeled and added to our daughter-in-law's house in Villa Heights to prepare for sale. Humble bungalow became a really charming Craftsman-inspired home with some fun special features. The barnwood wall in the kitchen is a favorite (It wraps the newly exposed and crumbling back and sides of the fireplace). Also love the vintage phone niche.
