This project was a complete home remodel, exterior & interior with an addition of 400 sq. ft. Before the renovations this home had 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. After the renovations it now has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The addition to the home houses the open concept kitchen. A large kitchen island was added with waterfall quartz countertops throughout. Custom built flat-panel cabinets were installed and luxury vinyl flooring was installed throughout the home. The original home had a fireplace and after the renovations it has become a focal point with its modern look and smooth stucco finish. The exterior of the home received a smooth stucco finish as well as the garage. A new driveway was poured as well.
