The owners wanted to create a year 'round outdoor space that they could use to entertain. The project involved the design and construction of a roof to cover an existing wood deck and the upper portion of the existing deck stair to grade, built and designed by a General Contractor in 2005. Features of this project include a ceiling mounted natural gas heater, recessed incandescent lighting, recessed audio speakers and 4 skylights.
