Our goal was to update this kitchen and give it a clean transitional look. The first step was removing the soffit, the peninsula and wall cabinets that divided the kitchen and family room. This really opened up the space but left us with a dilemma . Everything you could think of was in the soffit! This made our goal to eliminate the soffit and bring the cabinets to the ceiling a challenge. With lots of creativity and hard work our crew brought it together with beautiful results.
