There were a number of specific requirements for the doors, which had to be united:


- Acoustic: in a hotel, discretion and peace is of an utmost importance. Our certified acoustic door system provides an answer to this question.


- Fire protection: fire doors must always comply with certain certifications and norms. In this Bed and Breakfast, fire doors were a basic aim. You really can’t see a difference between a standard door system and a fire door.


- Technique: automatic door closers needed to be integrated. They can be integrated in the Xinnix Door System on a completely invisibly way. The door design stays exactly the same as any other less technical door. Also an electric lock was integrated on this invisible way.


- Aesthetics: rest and aesthetics are primordial in the interior of B&B Culinair. That’s why the client wanted doors which integrate completely with the wall. The classis large badge reader systems were replaced by an elegant button. The Xinnix Systems are developed that way, that the integration of an invisible electric lock systems is possible.
