This project was a ground-up custom build. Our participation began in May 2017 and was completed in May 2018 with some additional fine tuning over the summer. It was originally designed to be a spec house until the owners changed their minds and decided to keep the home. This decision precipitated many changes to the original home design. But the overall end result is spectacular!

Being a beachfront property, space and lot position were both limited and crucial. Based on the decision to keep the home, many choices had already been made and were difficult/impossible to unwind. However, while we were unable to remove columns in the kitchen which housed electrical and plumbing, we were able to add bi-fold doors across the entire front of the home, an upper deck for privacy from the street and make many other material and space changes within the home.
