The existing tub area was exchanged for a large platform steam shower fully outfitted with duplicate rain heads, jets, handheld shower sprays, an oversized ceiling rain head, integrated bench and steam. Chromotherapy adds a purpose of health and well-being. To enhance the experience ambient lighting was installed within the dropped ceiling above the shower. A towel warmer and Bidet toilet further compliment the spa experience. Skillfully designed custom floating vanities, outfitted with internal plugs and flip-up counter-top plugs, with charging capabilities, are paired with mirrored storage cabinets that follow the unusual shape of the room creating an intentional and cohesive feel. This contemporary stylized vanity in a glossy dark gray finish, being one of the most impressive and challenging features of the space has custom solid surface integrated sinks with LED lights, a client surprise, to parallel the custom designed LED light channels in the ceiling and Chromotherapy lights in the shower. All lighting is set to a timer as it seems the little ones enjoy the LED lights a bit TOO much. The new smart glass comprised of liquid crystals, within the shower becomes opaque for privacy when turned off and clear when turned on allowing the creation of a biophilic view. The carefully thought-out details, quality products and fixtures, showcase the client’s appreciation and desire for luxury.
