This two story house that was built in the early 1950s needed a complete makeover. With a small living room and the master bedroom that was once two bedrooms, with two door opening. The checkered tiles with thick and wide grout made this house feel so small. The paint was a rose color and very textured. The master bathroom was a mess. Upstairs felt like a completely different home. With two bedrooms and another outdated bathroom. This house needed a updated look with a cozy feeling of home. First total remodel of the downstairs bathroom. Then the removal of all brown and yellow tiles. Sanded walls for a flat and sleek look. White mixed with grey and plum. The closet doors replaced with mirrored bi folding doors. The one door opening was closed in t he master bedroom. n Allowing for the closet to be extended into a shoe closet. The stairs had heavily stained dog urine damage. This carpet was removed. Treated the wood and sanitized. New carpet was installed. The wood paneling on the wall going up the stairs was painted white.
