Complete transformation of a 1983 residence into a contemporary bungalow. Due to zoning code changes, the framework and general layout of the residence had to be maintained. As the residence was originally constructed on the side of a slope overlooking the Roaring Fork River, the interior spaces are generally smaller and more intimate than many residences.
