This is a project we loved to do. The homeowner contacted us through HOUZZ with a picture of a newel that he wanted. It was not available from any standard supplier of stair parts so we did an AutoCAD drawing for them based on his picture supplied to us. We made a few adjustments and this is the final product. This was done long distance. It was made from our Georgia location and shipped to the Michigan area. We never met the customer but the entire transaction went great. A pleasure to help them with their stair needs.
