The home owners wanted to update their living room and create a more functional space for their family. They had some ideas and they consulted with Centre Stage Design for advice. We created these 3D renderings using their measurements and photos of the space to help them visualize what it would look like with our suggested changes and their ideas. These included: adding a window seat to the bay window and a seating area to provide more comfort when entertaining and also a space for reading and relaxing; creating a comfortable area for watching TV and enjoying the fireplace; improving the lighting by adding ceiling lights over the window seat, table lamps and lowering existing wall sconces and removing some; updating the fireplace by removing some cabinetry and woodwork and adding slate to the front and hearth which is to be created at floor level. With these changes and the addition of some new décor items the space will be more functional and beautiful, a welcoming retreat.
