Since 1991 we have successfully completed more than 400 projects including custom homes, residential remodeling, construction projects in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Paradise Valley and Carefree. As a business consultant I work with hundreds of contractors over the years I specialized in dealing with general contractors in my opinion Bill is one of the best. His knowledge of the industry and His ability to communicate well with architects as well as the clients make him one the best builders in Scottsdale. I highly recommend Bill for anybody who wants an amazing job and great communication all the way through the project.

I'm an interior designer who has been fortunate to work with Bill on a few different projects and they've all gone extremely smooth. He is the most organized, professional and reliable builder I've worked with in my ten plus years of remodels and new construction. This may very well be why all of his clients seem happy throughout the process. From a designer's perspective, he is very thorough when reading my drawings, and carrying them out exactly as designed. He appreciates the teamwork between the designer and the builder, and keeps excellent communication throughout. He also does not sacrifice quality for an easier route, which happens all too often. I always tell clients who are wary of the remodel process that they're in good hands with Bill. His job sites are extremely clean and he finishes on schedule. I've noticed that most of his clients are referred to him and/or return clients, which says a lot!

Loved working with Citywide! I hired them to completely remodel my tired old kitchen, a half bath off the kitchen, and put in new flooring. I know I try to micromanage everything so once I showed them my collection of photo examples of what I like, I really made an effort to let go and let them do what they do best. The results are so beautiful--I still can't stop smiling! I had family coming for Thanksgiving and was so concerned whether it would all be done in time, but it was and with time to spare.

Citywide Builders has established itself as one of Arizona's premier builders of custom homes and remodels. Their work has been featured in Phoenix Home & Garden magazine since the early 90's. Spend a little time with owners Bill and Denise Dougherty and you will quickly learn how much they care about their business, their clients and the pride they take in their projects. I would not hesitate to send any of my family and friends to Bill and Denise for their custom home or remodel project!
