I hired Yvonne to help me with renovations to my house -- master bath, guest bath, kitchen, and main living areas. Her design skills are excellent. She developed a consistent theme and uniform look for my house. She helped me to source materials and comparison shop for me. Yvonne worked well with my architect, and he even told me he thought she was "brilliant." Yvonne brought her wealth and depth of experience from years of working on elaborate projects to my relatively small project. She was able to absorb what I told her and find materials, fixtures and finishes that fit the overall look I wanted. She always presented multiple options, but not too many that I felt overwhelmed. The options she presented were all well-edited. In the rare instance I did not like something she presented, Yvonne quickly presented alternatives. What's really remarkable is that Yvonne was able to accomplish all of this remotely. She lives in Southern California and I (and my architect) are in New Jersey. We did all our exchanges via email and telephone. If I needed to see source materials, like tile, stone or kitchen appliances, Yvonne found local vendors so I can view these items. I highly recommend Yvonne.

Yvonne was the designer for our complete kitchen and family room remodel and she is terrific - we're very happy with the results! From the initial layout design through the selection of cabinets, appliances and fixtures she was great to work with. My wife had a certain color scheme in mind and has strong tastes. Yvonne also has a strong aesthetic sense but is very good at listening to other opinions so we got on very well. She is mindful of trying to keep costs down but also didn't hesitate to tell us when we needed to go more "high end" on certain components of the kitchen. Aside from the overall design she's also very detail-oriented and regularly interacted with the contractor with our best interests in mind as well communicated with us by e-mail and phone all through the project. Yvonne has a wonderful personality and I am very glad to highly recommend her .

Yvonne is very knowledgeable in all facets of design. She has an eye for the best materials that will make your house look superb, while remaining conscious of her client's criteria and budget. She is very professional and engaging, a pleasure to work with.
