When we were evaluating design professionals and kitchen remodel contractors it was mentioned that the remodel process often produces difficult working relationships. This made us a bit nervous, but after working with Drue Hartwell we can say that we finished our project with smiles and satisfaction. Drue took care of us from start to finish and was attentive in every aspect. She is a great listener and genuinely cared about the outcome. We noticed that the remodeling community is small and when speaking with other professionals they often referred back to Drue as the expert. If there was a problem or issue, Drue took steps to correct it or knew someone who could. It made our project ten times easier and gave us confidence in our massive kitchen rebuild. As a result, we have contemporary cabinetry designed to our needs and we saved enough to purchase higher-end appliances. Drue met us every step of the way. Our project nearly completed without too much trouble. Drue worked through all the details with us and stepped up when we needed additional door hinges, ordering under cabinet lighting, framing expertise, and reviewing appliance specs with our custom cabinetry for a smooth installation. We are extremely happy to have had Drue on our project and couldn't have done it without her. She is an invaluable resource to any kitchen remodel and lovely person to work with. Drue designed our kitchen, master bath, guest bath, laundry room and facilitated our choice of built in cabinets on either side of the fireplace. She spent many hours going over choices with us and with her help, we picked great cabinets, tile, fixtures, etc. Everything turned out beautiful.
