Carolyn topped the list of designers due to very high recommendations from friends and I'm glad to report that I couldn't have worked with a more professional and personable designer. Carolyn was readily available from beginning to the end of the project, from planning and creating the designs to selecting fixtures, finishes and colours, to monitoring the progress of the project. Communication lines were always open at any hour and all inquiries were addressed in a timely fashion. The result: an amazing master bathroom totally in line with the "African" theme. A spa-like feel reminiscent of our visits to lodges in the game parks. As for the powder room, Carolyn's design adds that WOW factor. I am totally thrilled with it as is every visitor to our home. I have been working with Carolyn on and off since I purchased my new-to-me home in August 2015 and hope to keep working with her for many years to come! I moved from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house and had only one double bed to bring with me. I was entirely overwhelmed at the prospect of furnishing an entire house. Carolyn has been extremely helpful in advising on the right furniture for each room, keeping my personal style and budget in mind. She provided not only short term plans given my budget at the time, but also long term visions for what each room could be as I continue to decorate and finish each space. Would definitely recommend!

I have worked with Carolyn Colageovani several times over 8 years. I find her very knowledgable and pleasant to work with. She helped us design our basement layout to include family room, bedroom and bathroom. She provided us with a choice of 2 layouts from which to choose. She guided us through material selection, including flooring,colours, furniture and art placement. Her recommendation for contractor worked out very well.. We were very satisfied with the results. I am now working with Carolyn on my kitchen project.

I wanted a new look in my bedroom... I was tired of the colour .. The bedding etc etc... What I got was the most beautiful looking bedroom.. A deep burgundy colour.. A beautiful new headboard .. Beautiful new drapes.. Recovered a bedroom chair.. It is absolutely stunning... My family and friends are blown away.. As am I !!!! Also had new drapes in the living room that are absolutely beautiful and had my sofa recovered and I just LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION!!!

Carol was truly amazing in helping us downsize after 30 years in our family home. We bought a home that needed to be totally redecorated from top to bottom. Carol stayed within our budget and presented many options for us to consider all the while respecting our sense of taste and style. The overall guidance on a colour scheme was invaluable. We worked with her over a three month period and were very pleased with all of the results. If there was a problem she made sure it was corrected to our satisfaction. Like many clients we had two leather chairs in a green colour that was not currently popular which we wanted to keep. Carol helped design a family room with a new couch and cushions that made the chairs work in the new space.

Carol was a joy to work with. She is professional and a good listener. Her ideas were exactly what I was looking for. Work was done on time and I was so pleased with the results. Carol, you always go above and beyond to make your clients happy!

Our kitchen of 20 years was in dire need of a complete overhaul. It needed gutting back to the studs with a complete custom redesign and upgrade. Although skeptical due to a previous bad and costly experience from another designer/decorator and only based on a very positive recommendation, we decided to have Carolyn come and give us an assessment. Best decision we made. Carolyn was a listener and 24 hours after her consultation with us, she sent us at least 12 design recommendations all of which were outstanding. Carolyn recommended an excellent customer cabinet maker and after quite a few design adjustments, we had the kitchen concept of our dreams. Carolyn lead us through the entire process from selecting flooring, granite counter tops, appliances, cabinet fixtures, color selection for paint & fabrics and within 6 weeks of construction, the kitchen was completed beyond our expectation. Carolyn is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, met all the deadlines and was on budget. She has helped us on 3 other projects since, exceeding our expectations again with each project. A big recommendation to anyone looking for a true professional to walk you through a difficult process!!

Carolyn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to understand our preferences and needs and translated them into the perfect marriage of beauty and practicality. I'm extremely pleased with all of the design colours she helped us choose from our floor stain, wall colour and bathroom/kitchen cupboards. Renovating our entire living space was daunting but Carolyn broke it down and made it easier for us. She kept our budget in check and met all of our deadlines. I highly recommend Carolyn's services.

To start, Carolyn is fun to work with, super detailed, and very particular with selections on products. She sees an overall vision, and knows exactly what colours, and products will give her the result she want s for her clients. Very easy to work along side, and very accessible for questions. Carolyn C. was recommended to us by Caledon Bath and Tile. Our project was to update the Main Floor of the house. Paint, window treatments, new furniture, lighting, etc. Carolyn was quite friendly and accommodating. All questions, emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Carolyn C. respected our wishes that some of our current furniture had to stay and she did a great job mixing the old with the new. The budget was maintained. She has a large selection of companies/individuals to choose from for products and services. From the painter all the way to the delivery people. We did not have a deadline but the process moved along smoothly. Overall experience 5 Stars
