I have helped families make their dreams come true since I was first licensed as a sales person in 1984.
Back then, the word staging had not been applied to Real Estate yet - but that's what I was doing.
Every so often, after tweaking, borrowing and rearranging, home owners would decide to not sell.

Then I can consult you towards a successful sale. Or I can assist you with the decor and repurpose of your home if you decide to stay.
Staging means getting the greatest returns in terms of money and time when selling your home.
