We were very happy with the work that Chris and his team from Provalue Construction. We did a very large remodel with an addition. Chris is a high integrity contractor who does everything in his power to make sure his clients are satisfied with the work. I would recommend him to anyone with confidence.

These guys are excellent. Rarely do you hear good things about contractors, but not the case with Chris and his team. They are incredibly knowledgable and do a fantastic job setting expectations (Aka HGTV is not real life) up front and deliver on time and on budget. On top of that they genuinely want what is best for all customers and have been know to give advice to first time remodelers who find themselves in a bad situation with a below average contractor.

Chris Uncanin of Provalue construction was an excellent choice for our renovation. Our completed kitchen and bathroom remodel exceeded our expectations. Throughout our remodel process, Chris was always available to answer questions, offer money saving suggestions and willing to make modifications. He has a team of subs that provided quality service and installation as well. Chris is a hands on contractor, who is professional, knowledgeable and with his attention to detail, updated our home beautifully, within our timeframe and budget! We couldn’t be happier with Provalue and our completed remodel.

Chris and his crew exceeded our expectations as far as service, professionalism, and quality workmanship during our bathroom remodel. He explained the process and informed me of the progress and completed the project earlier than expected. Its rare to find someone who operates their business with such integrity and doesn't cut corners. He is by the book and carries all the proper insurance, etc so I felt confident during and after the process. He paid all his subs unlike the previous contractor I had for my previous bath remodel. That was scary. Defineatly recommend

Chris has been excellent to work with. Quality of work is superior, and pricing is fair. He is professional and knowledgeable, we have been very pleased with our renovations. we found Chris very responsible which was important to us, as we were not around during a good portion of the renovation. Chris was also excellent on maintaining the budget.

As a Realtor, I have worked with ProValue Construction numerous times. I have also recommended them to clients who have needed their help and expertise. Myself and my clients who have worked with them have nothing but positive experiences with Chris and ProValue. It is hard to find a reputable contractor, and quite honestly one that cares more about a job thoroughly done well and client satisfaction rather than collecting money. Their straight forward approach and ethical commitment is why I am confident enough to use and refer them.

Provalue Construction has been a huge help in on our HOA property. We've had several minor and major projects completed to our specifications, all with excellent results. Provalue's owner is one of the few contractors who returns phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Provalue wins our bidding process 9/10 times between 3 general contractors.

I am a Realtor and have worked with Provalue for 5 years. They have remodeled kitchens, baths, painted, plumbing, electrician repairs, wood flooring, laminate, tile and so on. I highly recommend Provalue. Their prices are normal, they work within the time frame that they say they will and they always show up on time. They are always reachable and work well off of photos.

Commented: cork flooring is it good?I would not recommend it. It's super absorbent so moisture will stick and you don't want moisture in a bathroom! Stick to tile!
