Dennis Staines Construction

Dennis is building our home, which should be done in the spring of 2015. He began attending meetings with the architect and visiting with us and our site, long before we had him under contract. He is highly regarded by others in the trade and has selected only the best subs. We loved our framers who were on-site for several months. When we expressed concerns about one sub, Dennis promptly replaced him. Dennis pays attention to details and has made sure that our project is on schedule and that work is high quality. He has a quiet demeanor but his presence has been felt throughout the process, from the planning stages to current construction, and communication with us has been excellent. We are fortunate to have him as our builder.
