I worked with Darin at the Fitness Factory to set up a home gym. He was extremely helpful from the start to the completion of the project. He evaluated the available space and presented different equipment options and configurations at different price points. He is very knowledgeable about the equipment and his approach is professional, but low-key and friendly. He was responsive to questions and very attentive to ensure that the project was completed and that I had no problems or concerns following installation.

Darin is hand down one of the best people in the sales industry I've ever dealt with. Very easy going and extremely easy to get along with. He is by no means pushie or trys to convince you to purchase things you dont need. He actually showed cheaper and better options for my needs. I have a tendency to go for the most expensive thing in the room. His knowledge of his equipment and merchandise in general is amazing. I truly look forward to dealings with him in the near future.
