I called for an estimate, and reached vm. I received a call back (same day), and set up an appt to remodel my bathroom. An lady came to meet us, and she was very professional and answered most of our concerns. She took measurements and showed us some samples (granite counter tops, cabinets, paint colors, and flooring). We were emailed an estimate the next day. The prices were a little bit higher than we budgeted for, but the materials were nicer than we originally picked. We did hire them to do the work. She quoted us about a week. We thought it would be 5-7 days. It turned out to be closer to 2 weeks. Work was nice, but they had to come back once to fix the grout. (Not a big deal). Overall, would recommend them.
