I HIGHLY recommend Suburban Overhead Doors. Our garage door was failing to open/close…it would sometimes open 1/4 way…sometimes not open or close at all. Turns out it needed a replacement Smart Chain Drive Garage Door Opener Kit. Not only did Tom know right away what we needed but he replaced it the same day at a decent price. They also replaced/installed a whole new double garage door for my niece and her husband at a much less price than I was quoted by someone else for my single garage door replacement (if needed)! These folks are reliable, dependable & decent prices.

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give 1 undeserved star in order to write a review. It would be hard to imagine being provided with worse service than the experience I had with this company. I went through several installation errors and a manufacturing defect that the company has refused to address. So at the end of the day, I paid thousands of dollars for a poorly installed defective product. There are companies out there with much better prices. I foolishly paid up because I thought I'd be getting superior service, but I was very very mistaken. Don't make the same mistake that I made.

This is the first time that I have ever written a review. I felt that I needed to write what a wonderful job Tom at Suburban Overhead Doors did. Our garage door was broken and bent. We had quotes that we needed a whole new garage door installed which would have cost us easily almost two thousand dollars. I told Suburban that we might need a new garage door. Tom ended up coming out the very same day that I called. He fitted us in at the end of the day when he should have been home with his family! He was a miracle worker and was able to salvage our garage door and fix the bent frame the very same day! My garage door is back up and working and just like new if not better! On top of that he saved us a lot money and was beyond reasonable with his service fee. I highly recommend this wonderful, very professional, reliable and honest company! They will not disappoint!

Purchased semi-custom garage door. We painted it ourselves before it was put up, but they managed to find matching color gaskets and trim for installation without even being asked.
