David has established an extensive path of success with over 35 years of experience in the development arid construction industry. PAR Contractors was one of the first environmental remediation and restoration firms capable of providing comprehensive technical services necessary for handling high-hazard materials. PAR responded immediately to launch mitigation to the destruction evoked by both Hurricane Katrina and Rita. PAR assisted in establishing the primary protocol, for RACM demolition in the State of Louisiana well ahead of the curve, placing PAR in stride with our clients needs as they emerge.
