Commented: Will it be cheaper to build a home?Depending on the age of the other homes, you may not be doing yourself a favor(value wise). You may get what you want , by building. But you also usually spend more money, with today's costs.

Commented: Disaster under kitchen sinkMake sure your spray nozzle pulls out far enough on the smart faucet. I had a couple installs where there was so much "stuff" the weighted spray line would get hung up.
