My granite less than a yr was installed by mt. Empire stonework. Is now turning brown. Was a cream ornamental color. Is it covered by a warranty? I notified mt. Empire. I was told the manager would call me but that was months ago. He has not called.

Good selection of granite. I was able to find what I was looking for. Had some issues with installation but they came back promptly to address them.

Had them do all my countertops and threashholds spent about 20k. My experience is that they do extremely low quality work and not someone you can trust to fix the issues correctly. I would say 85% of the slabs were cut incorrectly or were damanged and thry have inexperienced installers. If I had known I would of gladly spent more money to get higher quality work along with less stress and headaches that came with doing businesses with them. I would highly advise anyone to rethink the use this company if they are looking for a company that does quality work and stands behind what they do. Take a look at the pictures that I posted in the costumers pictures.They speak for themselves.

I never felt a slight annoyance from the staff of Mountain Empire Stoneworks while I keep on asking them about the different slabs in their showroom. From that moment, they got my respect. For me, being very accommodating when it comes to clients is a good customer service.
