Needed 75sf of countertop, I got several quotes but Cindy sold me on her excellent installers, and she was right! These guys know what they are doing! I was a little nervous at first because we got granite with a strong grain. Our island is enormous and I was afraid of having a seam. They were able to template the whole island on one slab but had to seam it because transporting would have been problematic. The seam was almost invisible and I was so relieved! We love our Moon White counter, thanks Cindy!

A Company with Great Customer Service - When looking for a company that offered quality granite countertops I relied on a referral from an honest friend. As you can depend on my experience to share how I was treated at JDM Countertops in Phoenix. My contact with Cindy Hechtle was wonderful. She provided continuous communication by phone, emails and face to face offering me great service from start to finish with my project. Within hours after the cabinetry was installed we were on the phone scheduling the template appointment and a likely date for installation. After the countertop was installed, Cindy sent a follow up message for a helpful link to maintain care and maintenance of my granite purchase. I would use JDM service again because I always felt they would be available to discuss any conflict and thank goodness we had a positive customer relationship. JDM fabricated and installed granite counter tops in our kitchen and two bathrooms, roughly 100 square feet. We obtained three estimates before choosing JDM. Working with Cindy was a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable and helpful-with every step of the process. The install crew did a super job with tear-out and installation. There were no surprises or delays throughout the process.

JDM was very professional and customer oriented, starting with Cindy. She met me at my home and then at a couple of tile/slab places to design my new upgraded bathroom. She has great ideas and experience to draw from. The quote I received was definitely in line with other estimates I received and probably a little less. The workers were professional and courteous and diligent in their work. I asked for a couple of things to be done to perfection and they jumped right on it. Overall, I am so pleased with my new marble bathroom and love looking at it everyday! I plan on doing my kitchen next year and would not hesitate to use JDM.

I had a great experience with this company. They installed stone countertops in my kitchen, a bathroom, and laundry room, plus installed stone around a fireplace. They delivered on time, and were happy to accelerate one delivey to accomodate an event that I was having. Good quality and installers are personable. We had a bit of an issue with fit during installation in the kitchen, but they resolved it quickly and very professionally. Was so pleased that I hired them to do other rooms after my initial project. Great customer service and very responsive. I have one more bathroom to do, and will use them again.

My entire experience with JDM Countertops was outstanding from start to finish. all of my communication was through Cindy, in the office, who was quick to respond to all my calls and texts. i met with her to look through some of their slabs and to go through their bone yard. Cindy along with all the guys that were pulling the slabs were very patient as i did have them pull quite a few so i could compare. i found a slab that i liked for the kitchen granite and what impressed me the most was that Cindy and Carmello, the owner, were able to get all the tops made with one slab. others i had quote the job needed two slabs and gauranteed most of one slab would have been wasted (but would have had to pay for two). the price of their slab was very competitive! i had also found a piece of quartz from the bone yard which was an excellent price but even with that i was usure about the stratches and was convinced they were not going to be able to polish the piece up nicely. Carmello was so confident in his team that he emailed me a letter stating that if i was not satisfied with the outcome after cuts were made and hours of labor were spent i would not be liable for the bill. both the granite and the quartz turned out beautifully and i am very pleased i made the right phone call! last but not least the two installers that came out were also very patient and professional. i am a picky one and they went through the all the motions with smiles on their faces they cleaned up headed out and i was left standing there admiring my new fabulous countertops!
