They not only had the exact rugs I was looking for, but their prices were better. I found other rugs I had not seen on the other sites. One style of rug was a bit less through one of their competitors. Customer service responded quickly and not only matched the price, but beat it by 10%. The rugs came within a timely manner and were very good quality. All were much thicker than the rugs I was replacing (purchased from one of their competitors a few years earlier). The rugs live up to the vendor's name, plush. The next time I need rugs, I will definitely shop here again. I have recommended them to friends and family.
