James Martin has color designed the exterior of my previous house and designed the colors and tile choices for our new kitchen when we remodeled it about three years ago. Everyone who sees the kitchen raves over the color choices - the walls are a beautiful rusty red and glass tiles of a slightly contrast color make the colors "pop" against the natural light wood cabinets and black appliances. Working with James is a joy and his impeccable ability to "see" what things will look like when finished is a true art. We are developers in the Lake of the Ozarks for the last 20 or so years.We started using James and The Color People many years ago for both our personal residences and our spec properties. I happened to close just yesterday on one of our residences and the comment by the buyer was "How timeless and attractive the color schemes are!" This is 8 years after doing the paint!!! Every property that James designed that we had for sale sold within a short time of his color designs. We can't say enough about how important and cost effective his services are to us. My husband and I have used James's service on three different homes. On the first house, he picked one color that pushed us out of our box--we overrode his advice and tried something else, and immediately repainted in the color he recommended! We learned to absolutely trust him after that. It seems like an expensive thing to do, but colors can be very tricky and it's great to only paint once. Yay, James!
