Your trim looks very white. I love B.M. Linen White with bright white. White, with pale yellow undertone, would look great with a purple front door. This idea, but darker…B.M. Black Raspberry

Yes to a black handrail. You'll never get brown paint to look like the floor. Because it won't be stained wood it will look fake next to the treads.

Probably not super helpful, but this photo appears to depict a Crown Point Cabinetry kitchen. Per the website, color is called Ellie Gray, which I assume is an internal name for their proprietary color.
