"Elmer, I bet you don't like Rum Chata" mary, this isn't something I've heard of but I looked it up. I don't like the taste of horchata so I don't think I'd like it. But, doesn't it make sense that mixing flavors with spirits is something very different than mixing with wine? That's what a cocktail is, different flavors mixed with spirits. Kahlua, or Baileys, or any one of a number of combos of flavors with spirits, all good. Even different chocolate liqueurs might be of interest. Fruit cake or cookies with rum, etc. Just not with wine. It's not really a mixable thing to my taste.

Stories: The thing I notice most when looking at that photo, the stairs are new. The old stairs were uneven. Some stairs were 6", some 11". Old rebar stuck out of some of the railroad ties. I once heard on the local news a man had fallen, impaled his shoulder on the incline and was waiting to be rescued. The med techs took 2.5 hours to get to him. I was once stopped and asked about the incline. I started babbling about the GREAT wild life.....you could even see bears. The woman got out of the car, her husband was driving and walked into a nearby Subway. Her husband explained she was deathly afraid of bears. They had driven hours to get here, now she refused to go. Ooops! He asked for directions to a nearby trail they could run instead. I said, "that trail is loaded with bears!" He smiled, I won't tell her. ☺ I once saw a guy pour red Koolaid all over his head and face while hiking the incline. There's no shade. Kerma, a personal trainer, called me, said lets do the incline. She then admitted she'd run 5k, swam a dozen laps, taken a nap....and was ready to go. It was the only time I could keep up with her. ☺

Didn't know about THAT......man....the fabric is GORGEOUS! The wall paper is AWESOME! Thanks! Yep...that was me. I'm in love with this fabric. The birds are grey velvet. I did a room in grey and white. Have a spider back chair that needs a new seat. ♥

No. I've never even heard of Megalodon teeth. I'll have to google it. We always left the country to dive. It sounds interesting....and safe! ☺ Belize, we've done. It's not our favorite spot in the Caribbean. It's "dangerous". I won't go back. We've been to Turks & Caicos twice. Cozumel twice. I want to be able to walk around at night and feel safe. Belize confines you to the resort.......scary place. Also the ruins were mosquito breeding grounds. It rained the entire time in dense jungle. We had to cover our faces with bandanas. Dengue Fever was a BIG deal. Grand Cayman was one I'd do again! Little Caymen is AWESOME! I just looked into booking Galapagos. But....I don't want to leave the kittens just yet. ♥ The Red Sea is another one I'd like to dive. Or Palau. Or Micronesia. We both had really bad colds. We both just got COVID tests. Both came back negative.....just seems like a bad time to travel....ya know. My GF just flew home to England. She flew business class so she didn't have to sit so close to people that might infect her. ☺ Yeah....it's just weird times.
