no...noooooooooo....I couldn't remember if it was 7 or 8...Rusty just had 8! Correct! (I need to lose 20lbs...no joke...I'm a little pudgy these dayz!)

I thought if you drank water, you'd be full and eat less....? A dieting tip....have they changed that?

DH says exercise. Exercise makes me hungry!
