Draw a floor plan on graph paper with all measurements. The TV is way too high. I'm thinking the TV needs to be on the wall that the recliner is on but hard to tell from your pictures. Add a picture of the entire room in one shot.

Ms. Lara.....You need to show all walls in the space. You can be helped, but not if you don't show it all!

I do need better photos. Hard to get a feel for the space.

On first thought I’d try the sofa facing the fireplace and see how it flows.

I also think there are too many tables and random nick nacks in the space.

Try the sofa across the TV and the two chairs where the sofa is.

Would the tv work on the patio door wall? Then you'd arrange your furniture around it and the fireplace.

Without the floor layout, start with removing EVERYTHING except the chairs, sofa and piano. Decide on the wall - not over the fireplace - for the TV, then arrange furniture for best TV viewing. The fireplace ambience will take care of itself, you don’t have to stare at it. Once chairs sofa and piano are in place add in a minimum number of tables by the chairs, enough so anyone seated would have reading light and coasters for drinks. So if you have two chairs flanking the fireplace a table by each one. A coffee table in front of sofa. All the other side tables, credenzas, will be happier in new locations. After all this (take time with effort and breathe) remove the wall decor and with help from the Houzz decorators discover which pieces make you feel happy and reframe and rearrange into a cohesive gallery.

one more thing. does your ceiling fan light create a strobe effect when light and fan are both on? If so, remove or replace the light fixture. If you don’t use the fan replace with a lovely light fixture.

The strobe effect happens when the light source is above the fan ... which is why you have to be careful where you place recessed light if you are also going to have a fan.
