Impossible to answer from the little info offered. Where is a 25 sq meter lot big enough to even build a house on?

The plot is not 25 square meters. But due to the lack of sufficient space for construction, I decided to build a mobile home. Besides, this is one of my childhood dreams, which I finally have a chance to realize.

I do not know how to figure out how large "5x5 square meters" is.

OK, where is a 25 sq meter home legal? How would build a 2-story mobile home and most mobile homes do not have customizable floor plans.

So not sure about the mobile part that is a huge width for most mobile homes where I live 16' is the max so usually doublewide trailers since the home needs to be able to navigate through tunnels and one lane roads.. I do assume you mean 5meters each side which IMO is no longer mobile and for sure not a 2 storey .What is the need for mobility if you own the property ? This size house is sort of douablre but stair cases take up valuable space in such a small home . I need a lot mor einfo as to why mobile and also what are your needs in the home and how big is the plot of land and where are you.

This is a 537 sq ft home. That is a very niche type of building. You would get better ideas and advice on a tiny house forum.

Most areas, even in Europe, would never allow what you are proposing. Zero chance.

Check with mobile home manufacturers who publish their floor plans online. Anything on wheels has width limitations for transport.

I agree with Jan you need an achitect for sure .You have not shared enough info here for us to even really begin to help and at some stage you will need an architect so better now than after you make huge errors.

It is amazing how much you can get in a 5 x 5, two story dwelling.

Are you sure you can build anything at all on the lot? Hurry down to speak with the town's building department. They will determine what you can or cannot build. Did you have a perk test before you purchased? Big obstacles will be water and sewage, just to start.
