This is a for profit endeavor. That means you pay labor for everything. You need to hire a kitchen designer. Design is just one of the many expenses incurred for flipping that they don't talk about on the TV shows. Structural engineers are another.

show measurements. the living room appears to have no space for dining set up. Id be interested in moving kitchen back furthur near spot outside laundry area....you can use some of laundry area for kitchen storage also. then the kitchen changes to the dining zone right outside living room which expands the general useful space for day to day living. I dont see that the kitchen w small table at the window is very good at all..... and the area beyond is not used. what is the budget.....there is clean out and so forth in all the rooms it appears.

if you can wrap a kitchen around the walls at the end.....outside laundry room....then you change the traffic lane down the middle of a galley kitchen.
