What would you do with this trim?

last month

Renovating kitchen to a French farmhouse look and can't decide what to do with the trim around the windows, sliding door and basement door. Should I replace them with all white moulding? Should I keep any of the the stained wood trim, perhaps on the sliding door and the windows opposite them, but make the arched window and basement door moulding white? The stained wood will coordinate with the basement door, a wooden range hood, wood ceiling beams, recliaimed wood floor and the tall pantry cabinets. But is stained wood trim outdated? Should I just make it all white trim? Or would you keep some of the stained wood trim?

Two tall pantry cabinets will frame the arched window in an antique amber finish, similar to the wood trim shown but a bit darker. Planning to put a light-colored loveseat under the arched window. There will be a long drapery table with marble top running horizontal to the sliding doors. Cabinets in the front half of kitchen will be white. Backsplash will be arabascoto marble subway stone. Countertops will be light grey Santa Rita Soapstone. Floor will be reclaimed rustic oak.
