New Hostas 2024
Comments (58)Ken, I 've seen a TV program, Garden Smart which visited Sebright Gardens. It looked like a wonderful place. Lots of plants that they don't ship like fuschias. When you visit, please take some pics. Idaho Falls to Kentucky is a long trip, you must like to drive. Sebright is my favorite place to order from since they always send huge fresh plants, even when it's extremely warm outside....See MoreHosta F 2024 ... . . ... ... .... ......
Comments (39)Saija Frisian Pride is lovely. Mike it is tough getting the right mix of sun/shade for Fire and Ice. Not enough sun and it will be weak but too much it will burn. You have so many beauties that I am sure you could grow it to perfection if you chose to try again. I knew it could be difficult to place and it was dumb luck on my part! Fragrant Queen is terrific. I think I tried Fruit Loops as a cereal once as a kid and never again but I would like H. Fruit Loops! Sherry Forbidden Fruit is a great one. Happy to see you got Fragrant Dream and that you took more pics this year! Ann that amount of snow is a dusting for me lol! I think your only problem with F and I would be finding enough sun for it. Shadow great looking FW. Lisa Farewell Party is a new one for me too. I like it! old_dirt very nice FPS! Thank you Debra! What a great bunch you have! Another lovely Fruit Loops. I really must keep my eyes open for it. I think Mike meant to label it F. Aureomarginata....See MoreHosta XYZ 2024 =^..^= =^..^= =^..^=
Comments (20)Thanks Ann. Yes YBDB does transition later in the season. Mine has never gone as dark as yours but different sun exposure could explain that. I was thinking Striptease like Debra but your pic this a.m. shows YPDB. Debra YB is lovely. What a great name in ZP and a very cute plant. Mike YR is a beauty. Paula your Zounds is terrific. You are a hoot. Beth I had never heard of Zonda before. It looks good. Another nice YR. Lisa great transition shots and another very nice YSR. joc nice to see you back. What a lovely ZDD....See MoreHosta Noids 2024
Comments (22)debra..I like your chartreuse NOID 👍..I can't help with the ID..my Abiqua Drinking Gourd seems more cupped than the NOID of yours that you thought could be ADG.. Laurie..I tried to find more photos of my NOID..even a group shot that I could crop..no luck..the leaves and the overall size are on the small side..I don't recall the flowers..my guess is if it had flowers they weren't special.....See MoreRelated Professionals
