I grew up in a family where I never once heard either of my parents use potty mouth and I don’t either.

I have seen the signs where the ”deau” has been crossed out and replaced with a ”mp”. Nothing like recycling.

Adding to Annie’s entry - deep breathing as well as slow breathing. I’m thinking of that 4 square thing deep inhale/ long exhale each for 4 seconds & hold 4 seconds in between - something like that.
