Found these bugs in my apartment , please help identify
Comments (4)Carpet beetle larvae. They are harmless but eat natural fibers like clothes or rugs. Pesticides are not usually recommended unless it's a bad infestation. Vacuuming and cleaning is the best method to rid. Maybe boric acid or diatomaceous earth would also help. I will let you do the research from there!...See MorePlease decorate my space! Comments (12)Love the couch and the chair. And the colors! Lively and fun. I agree that you can go bigger/bolder with your art selections. And your bar cart is very cool. If you leave your couch where it is now, I would put the bar cart between it and the yellow chair against the wall. And hang a great piece of art above it. You could use a swivel chair positioned on the corner of the wall so that you have more seating AND the person there can also watch tv. It looks like you need more storage. Assess your needs. Two leather cubes could serve as a coffee table/additional seating, and also store files. Lovely apartment!...See MorePlease help me decorate my Living/Dining area in the new apartment
Comments (9)Ahy not just cover those shelves in the LR so thay look like the panels in the DR then. I usde Art.com for clients often if they are not into original art . The prints there often come in different sizes too. Yes you need lighting and again take your time. I would really like to see the coat rack gone it is not attractive where it is . Mirrors IMO only hung where they reflect something worth seeing twice so no to above the FP. No fake plants ever .Drapes can be a nice place to add abit of color use the rug for that choice . Another spot is cor a couple of pillows on the sofa not the matching ones there . So end tables table lamps for sure art chosen slowly to be what you love nad slow down to make this trully your space not Wayfair 's catalougue. You never leave thetable st until you are ready to eat ir the space will look again like a department store . Start an idea book with pics of spaces you like the looks of . That gives us some clue as to your style...See MoreRelated Professionals
