Bathroom Furniture Materials

Hello everyone! We are building a new house and we are currently selecting materials for our custom made furnitures. The style of the house is towards soft minimal with a small selection of materials that are repeated throughout the house. Regarding our furnitures there is a lot of natual oak.

For example the kitchen will have both real oak veneered and matte off white lacquered cabinet doors. The interior of the cabinets will be in MFC matching the gray color of the metal boxes.

Kid's wardrobes will also have the same matte off white lacquered doors with high quality oak-like MFC interiors.

Master's open wardrobe will be all real oak veneered.

The rest of the furnitures like beds, tables, chairs, etc. will be in solid wood oak.

In general I have a negative feeling towards MFC, I fear it will look cheap like some IKEA products but our carpenter is trying to convince me to use it for the interior when possible. He did for the wardrobe interiors and now for the bathroom.

So when it comes to bathroom furnitures like the vanity I imagined them again with oak veneered marine plywood to break the concrete like tiles, at least we agree on that with my carpenter but I am not sure if MFC for the cabinet boxes/interiors that he wants to use (wood-like or monochromatic) will make it look cheap or this is just in my head.
