Move fridge around the corner...bad idea?

last month

Ok so we have a tight walkway where our fridge opens up and is a very busy intersection near the island. Our kitchen doesn't have much wall space and is in the center of the house with a very open floor plan with load bearing walls. I am thinking of moving the fridge to this side closet and gaining about 3 more feet of counter and upper/lower cabinets to the left of the stove. 2ould it be weird for the fridge to face away from the sink and be on the side of the kitchen?
Check out the floor plan changes we made during building. Extended the bay window out and living room wall by 5 feet and that created a nice square for the pantry next to the bay window which i labeled) the new fridge location would be across from the square pantry. There is a 5 ft wide walkway between the pantry door and that little closet door where I want to move the fridge to. I just don't know if I'll like that the fridge faces away from everything and it's more in the walkway where we come from the master and from the garage (a common entrance we use to get in our home). Any advice? I'd love to reposition everything but we have loadbearing walls and a centrally located kitchen with an island sink. Never again!
