How much would you try to knock off for this big scratch?

What was supposed to be an exciting, happy Wolf delivery day for me turned quite stressful instead. The range isn't installed correctly -- long story but should be rectified early next week by the Wolf install people. So I'm trying to get reimbursed for that by the appliance store who gave me bum advice regarding installation. The installers wouldn't take off the sticky packing tape stuff from the oven nor wipe off any of the mess that was made on it -- I complained but they said they can't do that until the unit gets to room temp, so that whole big mess was left for me. Because of that, I didn't notice until a couple hours later when I finally got around to tackling the clean-up that there is a big scratch on the front of it.

I am so aggravated that at this point I don't think I want a replacement because the Wolf people are coming out in a few days to fix the install issue, and I don't want to have to wait to take delivery on a new stove and go through the grief of having to clean up another range inside and out and smoke-off an oven (per manufacturer instructions) again. I'd be happy with getting some money back for the defect.

Here it is; what dollar amount would be a reasonable ask? Or should I, in fact, demand an entire new range even though I'm going to have to go through the rigamarole again.

^^ Some of it is the sticky blue residue from the packing material, but you can see the big scratch diagonal to the oven window.

I think most of all I'm disappointed -- this thing set me back $9000, and for that money I expected better. It's not a reflection on the range itself; rather, the shoddy service from the appliance store.
