I have just been through the SAME IDENTICAL situation. Using Forevermark Ice White Shaker cabinets. I had read somewhere that it was simply Sherwin-Williams Extra White. So, I took a door to my local **COMERCIAL** Sherwin-Williams store for a digitally scanned color and low and behold the associate said surprisingly, ”looks like it’s just Extra White”. I thought, this is too easy. Can’t be. But it was! The only hiccup was he said it was a Satin sheen. After spending $70/gallon, I realized he was wrong. Tint was dead on but it’s actually a Semi-Gloss sheen. Sherwin-Williams Extra White Semi-Gloss sheen.. You’re welcome. :)

Ask them for the CIEL*a*b* notation. Pronounced "See Lab" also tell them D65, 2 degree observer. If you get the numbers, we can find the closest paint color match.

Get a sample can and paint a large piece of core board. You need to test it in your lighting. You can also order sample "peel and stick" swatches from samplize.com. The swatches are about 9"x 14.75". I've found them really helpful.
