I would not add any more blue. The siding on the raised beds is enough in my opinion and the contrast with the furniture looks good.

I would paint the sides of the beds brown to match the furniture and leave the rest as is.

I'd definitely do the tile top on the table. But I'd change the blue beds. That color looks industrial/like an Ikea bag. It's not consistent with the theme of a French garden. I'd choose a softer color inspired by the shutters of homes in the South of France.

I would add Blues and Yellows. Blue and Yellow is very French.
